Rae Ann Hall – Forward Principles
I do Business & Community Events, as well as Training & Development for companies, groups, organizations, and individual coaching.
As a Certified Color Code Instructor, I have the privilege of facilitating engaging workshops that explore the four Color Code Personality Types. This powerful work impacts every area of life — because all of life is about relationships.
The Color Code Personality Model helps you uncover not just what you do, but why you do it. By understanding your core motives and the motives of those around you, you gain deeper, more practical insights into communication, connection, and personal growth.
These insights don’t just transform how you work with others — they enhance your relationship with yourself. When we understand our “why,” we show up more intentionally, compassionately, and effectively in every part of life.
Tiffany Gough – Financial Advisor

Lynnie Brown – Mary Kay Cosmetics
Lynnie began building her Mary Kay business in Dec. 2007 while working for a Forensic Engineering Firm doing Marketing and Business Development. She started her Mary Kay business because she loved the products and liked the idea of extra income. After working her business part time for many years she decided she wanted to step into leadership and become a Director. Going into Mary Kay full time allowed her to go back to school and in June of 2013 Lynnie received her Associates in Business Management from Edmonds Community College.
Shortly after, in July, she gave herself a promotion and became a Director. Just one month later, in August, her amazing new unit completed car production and she earned her first Mary Kay car. Another month after that, on Sept. 8th she and her husband Tristan welcomed their first child Westley into the world. She has since had a second baby boy, Anderson and loves that she gets to work her business around her faith and her family. Lynnie leads her consultants by example and has been on the Company Court of Sales the last three years earning a new diamond ring each time. She loves servicing her customers and helping them find the perfect skin care and makeup for their needs. She is also excited to lead other women into directorship and help others achieve success.
Liz Nugent, CPA – Bookkeeping
Liz Nugent is the owner of Sky Valley Business Solutions Inc. Sky Valley provides custom bookkeeping and consulting services for small to medium size businesses. I started my business to fulfill my goal of helping businesses to be successful and understand their company financial statements. I have worked in the accounting industry for 14 years providing bookkeeping, income tax preparation and audits of company financial statements. During that time, I worked for small to national size public accounting firms. It was then that I noticed that many businesses needed a quality bookkeeping service. Business owners also needed guidance in the understanding of their company financial statements and how that impacts their income taxes. I enjoy the journey of showing a business proper bookkeeping procedures as a means to achieving maximum success.
